How do I renew my subscription?

When your subscription expires you will be prompted to resubscribe by making your next payment. It only takes 30 seconds and once done you can enjoy 30 more days of access.

What data do you use from the SWCombine API?

When you log in to SWC Link you are asked to provide the following permissions:

1. CHARACTER_READ
   • Provides your character's ID, handle and avatar. This is used to generate your SWC Link account.
2. CHARACTER_LOCATION
   • Provides your character's location in game. This is used to pre-populate your start location in the Travel tool.
3. FACTION_INV_FACILITIES_READ
   • Provides your faction's facilities. This is only used when manually syncing taverns with SWC Link. We do NOT read, process, or store facilities at any other time.

How long does it take to process a travel plan?

Most plans should complete in under a minute, but it could take a little longer if multiple players are generating routes at the same time.
